Oscar Dannström to sail in the World Championships in Australia
The young Oscar Dannström from Åland has his mind set on qualifying for the Olympic Games in Peking this year. The World Chapionships in the laser class is held in Terrigal, north of Sydney from the 7th - 13th of February, where Dannström thinks the weather will suit him better than Melbourne where he competed two weeks ago and placed 46:th.Oscar is working together with Christoph Treier on his mental training since last year. Prospettum would like to wish Oscar good luck with the World Championships in Australia.

Norwegian upcoming rallydriver Andreas Mikkelsen is working together with Prospettum
Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) has his mind set on establishing himself within the next three years in the world elite in rally. Together with Christoph Treier as his mental trainer, and the two time WRC champion Marcus Grönholm as his driver coach we would like to wish him good luck.

Grönholm och Treier on a post stamp
On July 26 it is time for the celebrity stamp, where the Finnish WRC champion Marcus Grönholm shows his view of Aland. A gravel road is of course integrated in the motive, and on it - real Alandian granit is burned. The stamp will feature Grönholm and his mental teacher Christoph Treier, a previous resident of Aland, in silhouette. According to the stamp-manager Anita Häggblom from the Postal service, the celebrity stamps brings very good PR for Aland. There will be 200 000 stamps made, and the denomination will be for the whole world.

Grönholm is also the winner in New Zealand
Marcus Grönholm won the New Zealand rally by 0,3 seconds before the world champion Sebastian Loeb. This is the closest margin in the WRC history so far. This is the 5th time Marcus wins the New Zealand rally, which is a new record. He is now leading this seasons WRC by 10 points before Sebastian Loeb from France.

Nice 10th place at the Icelandic Horse World Championship in Holland
Niki Bergman-Kankalaa managed to get a nice 10th place at the Icelandic Horse World Championship in Holland. We congratulate Niki to a fantastic achievement, while at the same time looking forward working towards new goals. Next year, the Nordic Championships will be held in Norway.

Grönholm won the Finnish rally for the 7th time
For his 7th time, Marcus Grönholm won the Finnish rally in Jyvaskyla. He is now in 1st place in the world championship series, leading by 13 points to Sebastian Loeb. There are still seven rallies remaining in this year's WRC.

We are now able to offer our customers a visit in our new salt room. This form of treatment has been used for several centuries. As soon as the middle ages, the monks used to take people with breathing problems to salt mines. Triumph for Marcus Grönholm in the Swedish WRC rally
Marcus Grönholm won the Swedish world championship rally in Karlstad. There was no time to celebrate the victory, since the rally circus moved on the day after to Hamar in Norway. "Rally Norway" will be held from the 15th to the 18th of February.

Ford wins the WRC manufacturers’ title 2006 and Grönholm won the rally in New Zealand
Marcus Grönholm won the second last race in this year’s world championship rally in New Zealand. This is the second time BP Ford World Rally Team win the manufacturers’ title since 1979.

We congratulate Marcus Grönholm and Kosti Katajamäki to their excellent achievements in the world championship rally in Turkey. Grönholm won the rally and Kosti Katajamäki secured four important points with his 5th place. The next rally will be held in Perth, Australia October 27 - 29th.

Grönholm's 6th world championship victory in Finland
Marcus Grönholm, driving his Ford Focus won the Neste Finland rally, which makes this his 6th victory in Finland . He won with over one minute ahead of Sebastian Loeb and his team mate Mikko Hirvonen. The next rally will be held in Obihiro , Japan late next week. As usual, Grönholm will be preparing for the rally on-site wirh his personal coach Christoph Treier.

Acropolis triumph for Marcus Grönholm
Prospettum wish to congratulate Marcus Grönholm to an outstanding victory in this years World Championship Rally in Greece. He finished 2,24 minutes in front of second place driver Sebastian Loeb. This was Marcus third victory this season, following Monte Carlo and the Swedish rally. The World Championship Rally is now on summer break, and will continue in the middle of August in Germany, and the following week in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Treier holds a lecture for the staff at Vaasa university
Christoph Treier held a lecture during INSET-day at the university in Vaasa with the topic “ Happiness at work and motivation”. Among other things, Treier explained how to set up inspiring and motivating goals, and attitude towards problems and setbacks. He also gave concrete advice on how to strengthen you own and other people’s confidence.

Quit smoking project “No smoke without fire” for high schools
All Alandian high schools participated in the quit smoking project “No smoke without fire”, which is a co-operation project under the supervision of the association “Vårt hjärta”, Fältarna, Folkhälsan and the school welfare officers. During January 9-13, Chistoph Treier visited all the high schools on Aland and held lectures on how to motivate smokers to quit, and how to keep non-smokers from starting. Treier avoided using frightening tactics - instead he motivated the youth with attractive goals and taught them mental strategies.

Grönholm wins the Swedish rally, Katajamäki 6th
Again Prospettum’s customers Marcus Grönholm and Kosti Katajamäki show success. Marcus Grönholm won the world champion rally in front of current world champion Sebastian Loeb. Kosti, for whom this was his first start in the WRC rally, finished 6th which gave him 3 points for the world championship. Christoph Treier is the mental and physical trainer for both Marcus and Kosti.

Katajamäki wins the Arctic Rally Lappland
Christoph Treier’s client Kosti Katajamäki won the Arctic Rally Lappland. It was his first time driving a Ford Focus WRC. Kosti is being trained both mentally and physically by Christoph Treier. February 3 - 5 Kataja and Grönholm will both represent the Ford World Rally Team in the Swedish World Championship Rally.

Mental advisor for IFK Mariehamn
Christoph Treier will be working as a mental advisor for IFK Mariehamn during the 2006 season. Treier will be working with the managers to create optimal conditions for the player so they can evolve and perform as well as possible. Treier is regularly training the whole team, but also personally with the individual players.

Victory in the Monte Carlo Rally
Marcus Grönholm won this years first world championship rally, known as the classic Monte Carlo Rally. Grönholm has switched team, and is now representing the Ford World Rally Team. Grönholms’s coach and trainer also switched from Peugeot to Ford. The next World Championchip Rally will be held February 3 - 5 in Sweden . |
