Salt rooms have beed used for centuries as a natural treatment form. As early as the middle ages the monks brought people with breathing problems to salt caves. In the caves, the monks crossed the salt, and the patients could inhale the dust.

In the East European countries, salt treatments have been used for several decades. Salt caves formed by nature has been used the same ways for treatment, as salt rooms have been built for spa's and other places - even in ordinary homes.

How are we affected by salt rooms:

  • Opens up the airways for the lungs (cronic diseases)
  • Antiseptic traits
  • Relieves breathing through the nose (flu and sinus infection). Mucus is relieved
